Are you Pregnant? If so, Neighborhood Health Partnership wants to help you make your pregnancy a healthy one. That is why NHP created the Neighborhood Additions Program, just for you!

Sign up for the Neighborhood Additions Program now!
Enroll in the program now or call 1-800-395-BABY (2229) for more information. Once you get registered, you can begin to use our BabyLine. This phone line is toll-free and is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be able to speak with a maternity nurse, who will answer any questions you may have, even on weekends! As part of the Neighborhood Additions program, you will complete three maternity questionnaires at various times during your pregnancy. The answers you provide, allow us to determine which educational materials to send you. If you have special needs regarding your pregnancy, you will also receive additional follow-up from a maternity nurse, who consults with your doctor to be sure you get the support you need.

If you are considering becoming pregnant, please remember that early prenatal care is equally important. Please contact your physician and the Neighborhood Additions Program as soon as you know the news! Let us provide you with the information and support you’ll need at the very beginning, and throughout your pregnancy.
