Turn to United Behavioral Health (UBH). A UBH staff member is available to you and your family 24 hours a day, seven days a week to:

  • Guide you through mental health and substance abuse emergencies (for potentially life-threatening emergencies, you should always dial 911)
  • Answer questions about your mental health and substance abuse benefits
  • Help you locate a network provider in your area
  • Monitor your progress during treatment
  • Help you resolve any problems or concerns about your treatment

How do I get started?

To use your behavioral health care benefit, call (800)-817-4705. Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) may call (800) 862-2244. You’ll speak to an expert who will ask you a few questions about your situation. The expert will then help you find the specialist or facility that can best help you. You’ll get all the information you need to schedule a convenient appointment. All services are confidential.

How much does this benefit cost?

There is no charge for calling the experts, for accessing Liveandworkwell.com or for obtaining referrals to a network provider. Some services may require pre-authorization. You may have a copayment for mental health and substance abuse treatment. Please check your Neighborhood Health Partnership Summary of Benefits for full details.
